The Effect of Black Soldier Fly (Hermetia illucens) Larvae Feeding on the Growth of Mutiara Catfish Seeds (Clarias gariepinus)

Aims: The purpose of this study was to determine the level feeding in form black soldier fly larvae (Hermetia illucens) increase growth (Clarias gariepinus) mutiara catfish seeds.
 Study Design: This used an experimental method with a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting four treatments and replications. are combination commercial feed maggots A (control, 100% feed), B (75% + 25% dry maggot), C (50% 50% maggot) D (100 % maggot).
 Place Duration Study: research conducted from August 2022 September at Cipancuh Fish Seed Center, Indramayu Regency. Mutiara seeds were obtained dried maggot online stores whose quality guaranteed.
 Methodology: parameters observed survival, specific rate water quality. included temperature, pH, DO ammonia levels. fry maintained for 40 days by them three times day. Length data collection survival value carried out every ten as well testing using certain tools.
 Results: results showed that had effect on length seeds. produced highest 16.19%, 75% 13.36%, resulted 11.83% lowest 8.03%. treatment 91%, given 84%, 79.50% 78.50%. maintenance media is accordance effective requirements SNI Conclusion: Giving 16.19%. maggot, which 91%.
